Prague… Moldova’s beloved!

We flew off Thessaloniki to visit one of the most beautiful cities of Europe, Prague!

A city famous not just for its architectural beauty but also well known as a cradle of music. Prague welcomed us with sunny skies, making it so much easier to get to know it better.

Our accommodation choice was the apartments of Hotel Suite Home Prague, a four star hotel, located downtown. We had never stayed there before yet we never regretted it as it turned out to be a great choice! Our apartment was comfortably big, warm, cozy and clean. Upon arrival we spent our first stroll in the city visiting Wenceslas Square for coffee, a square just 300 meters away from our hotel, so easy to reach it by foot. It’s a uniquely beautiful square, always full of visitors thanks to the lovely cafes, restaurants and even shopping stores.

We returned to our hotel from this very first walk already enchanted by Prague and what it has to offer!

The next day we had breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast nook was nice and cozy, not too big, nor too small and food was quite satisfactory.

We would stay in Prague just for 3 days, so our time schedule was well prepared in advance about sightseeing and what we didn’t want to miss.

We started off dedicating our very first day for a cruise in the river. These small cruises offer the option to see most of the city’s monuments in a fast, small tour. However, you need to be lucky like us and get good weather and also remember to take a jacket along, not to feel chilly aboard.

Charles’ Bridge is definitely one of the most well-known sights of the city. Enjoy walking it all along; meet other visitors who also enjoy the great view and admire the statues, taking pictures to remember this for a lifetime!

Another well-known sight is the Astronomical Clock. It’s surrounded by charming cafes, inviting you to enjoy your sips of coffee under the charm of its rhythmical metronomic sound.

Make also sure that you don’t miss a stroll to the castle of Prague or to the Square of the Old Town. But mostly… keep in mind that Prague is not a place just for monuments and sights… You need to walk this city through!

Mingle in the streets, discover unique beautiful corners, let yourself feel and enjoy the unique beauty of this city.

It’s what we did and we got the best of memories!
