Why you should always travel with a Kikoy

So why is a Kikoy the best and most universal travel companion?

This little travel companion came into my life at the beginning of the year and I will never travel without one again.

The Kikoy can be used in so many different ways and bonus.. It's super light to travel with!

It can be used as a shawl when mosquitoes are around.

To keen yourself protected from the sun.

When it gets cold, pop it around your shoulders or legs.

As a blanket on the plane.

Roll it up as a pillow.

If you forgot your towel, it can double up as one.

As a sarong on the beach.

A picnic blanket.

Fold and tie into a carry sack.

A curtain if you end up in a bare minimum hotel room.

A water filter.

Tie into a halter neck dress.

This single piece of cloth can be used in so many different ways but the bottom line is, pack this little guy because you won't regret it!

I am a 19 year old, South African and my greatest passion is to travel, write and take photos. I'm currently working as a model which allows me to travel and meet new and exciting people from all over the world. I get to spend up to three months in a country which allows me to experience the place as a local. So far this year, I've been to Japan and Singapore and I am going to Paris in two months time. In between my travels, I am based at home in beautiful South Africa. I'm a lover of life and a believer in taking any opportunity that comes my way because life is too short for regrets.
