Scooter commute, a Vietnamese way of life

Abashed by the volume of scooters flashing by at any given time, I couldn’t resist the temptation to try capture a moment that perfectly embodies the controlled chaos of Ho Chi Minh’s roadways. Travelling at a breakneck pace with numerous scooters in close proximity, the youngest girl makes the most of her time by casually reading, unaffected by the surrounding commotion. The eldest girl locks eyes with me, possibly wondering what in the world I find so interesting about their daily commute.
