Lovely: “Life in Haiti is hard. I can’t go to school because my mother has five children, doesn’t have a job or money, and my father died in the earthquake. I come here to wash our clothes, and one of our neighbors lends me some soap because I can’t afford it”.
Cherline: “We ask for the intervention of the international community to provide new jobs in Haiti so that our parents can send us to school. Without an education the country would be destroyed”.
