I surf, travel, spend loads of time with locals and film them cooking as authentic as it gets. This time I was invited by a lovely muslim family to their house for a Sunday lunch. This is what the traditional food preparation in their village looks like. And believe me, Indonesian muslims are very nice people.

I am a surfer. And on my travels, I am not only chasing waves and watching beauties of visited countries, but I am trying to spend loads of time with locals. Last year I started to film them cooking and document everything around food as authentic as it gets.Fun photo story about me: http://www.authenticworldfood.com/en/blog/i-am-a-surf-girl-girl-like-any-other/My YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/authenticworldfoodI am a solo traveller. I spent some time with fishermen in Vietnam, with gipsies in a desert in India, taught English in a bamboo school in Indonesia, was helping with food preparations in Golden temple in Amritsar/India (temple, where they feed tens thousands of people daily for free), was serving food to monks at Sangika dana ceremony in Sri Lanka, got very sick in India, got stolen passport in Vietnam and had to interrupt my travels ...... Experiences do not have to be good, but they need to be intense ;)Traveling is the best school in the world.Enjoy your food, enjoy your life,Bo on the road
